We never know where we're supposed to pick up our order; they've changed locations three times in two years! Plus, we have to order by phone and then take a bus to pick it up directly from their place... Student menu available! Make sure you have the exact amount, otherwise they don't always give you change! You have to pay in cash because they don't take cards! Orders aren't always correct (something too much, something missing, or the wrong item!). +: I know it's a family business, but sending a child to deliver orders is not only illegal but also dangerous, especially in Poitiers...

The kebabs, bananas, and cassava were very good and tasty.

I don't regret ordering at all. I got the family menu and my family and I were delighted 😁. With that amazing chili pepper (I'd love to have the recipe, please!) and that tender meat, thank you for this delicious dish.

I'm not going to mince words: the service needs serious improvement. I ordered yesterday with my family at 7 pm and didn't receive my order until 10:59 pm. Seriously, who does that?! It's incredibly frustrating when the kids have to wait so long for something (I even cooked for them). I'm sorry to say this, but you're completely unprofessional. When we place an order with you and something is missing, tell us right away, not two hours later or even at the last minute (and I still don't understand why something is missing from every order). The person taking the orders needs to calm down and stop doing whatever they want, even adding things we didn't order. There's also something else I've noticed, I don't know if I'm the only one, when we receive the trays of bananas and cassava, why put so many banana chips and 4 or 5 cassava pieces? What's the deal? 🤣🤣 Not everyone likes bananas. Otherwise, apart from all that, their meat is something else, huh...

It's very good, but FRANKLY, the service and delivery management need improvement. I had already ordered once, and it was very good. But they delivered the wrong order. Today I ordered at 7 PM, and they told me I'd get my order around 9 PM. I said, "No problem." I waited until 10 PM, called several times, but no one answered. Then I left a message, and 10 minutes later they called to tell me the delivery driver had come and called me several times, but I hadn't answered. I asked them to tell me the number he called. They told me, and it wasn't mine. Then they offered me the option of either picking it up myself (LOL) or having it delivered, but only after they finished work, around 11 PM. Like, I'm going to pay for something I waited three hours for and then eat it cold. Luckily, I wasn't waiting for my order with children. I know you don't care if a customer isn't happy because you have others, but frankly, it's not cool. Good luck, and may God make things easy for you in your work, because in reality, we all get up in the morning to look for our Marks. I'm leaving this comment here on purpose because it's by telling each other the truth that we move forward, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, nor the first, and I won't be the last to experience this inconvenience.

I recommend the kebabs; they were tender and very tasty, and the chili was perfect 👌🏽

Apart from the slightly long wait, everything else was perfect, it was delicious.

I highly recommend it; we had a very good meal. This is my second time ordering. The service is very friendly. Generous portions at a reasonable price.
