It fits, it's a bit too wide, it does the job, but nothing more

While passing through Poitiers, I called to order a pizza. I was asked to pick it up in 20 minutes. When I arrived, the cashier told me he had forgotten to place the order and asked if I could wait 15 minutes. I politely declined and left.

The pizza dough is exactly what you'd expect from a box; I'm still looking for the ham. Honestly, a frozen pizza does a better job. Never buy this.

Tasteless and very greasy pizzas with more dough than topping. You could use them as frisbees.

I'm currently forcing myself to eat this pizza, which is dripping with oil because it's so greasy. It's honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I'm disgusted. I should have checked the reviews first. I didn't know Pizza Hut existed, and I'll never set foot in there again.

We ordered three pizzas and the result was frankly unacceptable. The crust was very hard, extremely thin, almost crunchy—nothing like the soft, flavorful crust one expects from a pizza. On top of that, the pizzas were very sparsely topped. Given the price, one would expect a minimum level of quality and generous portions. The most disappointing aspect was the staff's attitude: no reaction, no gesture of goodwill, not even an offer to remake the pizzas. According to them, there simply wasn't a problem. It's a real shame, because the customer experience is just as important as the quality of the food. We won't be back. 1 star because I can't give 0 stars.

🚨🚨🚨 I ordered pizzas online and picked them up a few minutes after they came out of the oven. They were hot, so the delivery time wasn't the issue at all. However, the quality was disappointing. The crust was extremely thin, rubbery, and frankly inedible. As soon as I got home (a 3-minute drive), the texture was already unpleasant. Neither my wife, nor my children, nor I could eat them because the crust was so bad. I called to report the problem and ask for some kind of compensation. The person on the phone simply told me that their boss had made the pizzas and that they couldn't question their work. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was refused, and the conversation ended without any real listening or consideration of my complaint. I am very disappointed, both by the quality of the product and by the lack of professionalism in handling my dissatisfaction. PS: Given the reviews, I'm even less surprised by their competence now!! 🚨 Avoid this Pizza Hut 🚨 Don't reply with "we are constantly improving" because that's FALSE!! You always make the same mistakes and the dough is mediocre...

I couldn’t eat it I through it in the garbage

It's a complete rip-off. Paying almost 40 euros for two pizzas that consist of two slivers of ham on a thin, rock-hard crust. Your pizzas are simply awful, it's a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worst pizza of my life. I ordered two ham and cheese pizzas on Uber Eats, which cost me over €40... A total rip-off. They were awful.
