To be honest, I used to like this bakery because of the price and the good food, but now I have serious doubts about the ice cream I just ate. The cone tasted like a stale cookie.

I honestly think this is the worst thing I've ever eaten; even abroad they're better.

Excellent service, good products, and very reasonable prices. I recommend it.

Hello, I was a little disappointed with my order. The custard tart was very bland, lacking real flavor, and definitely needed more vanilla. As for the burger, it was under-topped and under-sauced, making it rather dry and tasteless. It's a shame, because I was expecting something more substantial and flavorful.

It was my first time at this bakery, and I'll never set foot in it again. The sandwiches were tasteless, and we waited a maximum of 10 minutes for three measly sandwiches, even though there were two of them serving us. The saleswoman wasn't French and had difficulty communicating. I ended up with one who asked me intrusive questions about my age, my origins, whether I'd ever traveled to Tunisia (because I think she's from there), and if I was planning to return to Poitiers because I was on vacation and had a train to catch. I find it indecent for someone who's supposed to represent the company she works for to flirt in the workplace. A LITTLE ADVICE: CHOOSE YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE CAREFULLY.

Positive points: Open early and friendly staff. Negative point: It's 6:45 am, and the bakery floor is dirty...for a place where hygiene is essential, it's unacceptable.

The saleswoman was lovely and smiling, but the pain au chocolat wasn't great!

Just passing through Poitiers, between a chicken sandwich with no chicken and a spoiled salad, OH!! What is the health inspector doing? Honestly.

Both saleswomen were lovely and very smiley! I left with an excellent sandwich before catching my train and a bonus compliment that warmed my heart 😊!

They really have some nerve selling such tasteless croissants at that price... You should find another job.

The bread and pastries were delicious... The saleswomen were super nice.
