Hokamen

I wasn't familiar with this place, but I highly recommend it. I tried the ramen at Hokamen. It was really very good; I highly recommend it.

Catastrophic. The man taking orders was rude to his staff, even though he himself had made a mistake taking the order and with the pager. The chicken wasn't cooked, and he took it back and recooked it on the griddle after we had just eaten from it. The food was bland, and the service was consequently very slow.

An order was lost, and the employee taking orders then berated the cook, hurling unjustified insults in front of the customers. Once the orders were received, the chicken wasn't cooked, so the employee recooked the half-eaten pieces of meat next to those for the next order… a serious lack of hygiene.

First time, it was good. But just a little noisy; I thought it was a private place, but it's shared with other restaurants and other establishments.

As always, the new dishes on offer are a delight for the taste buds. The portions are generous and the service is always top-notch. Arigato Faride sama

Great place. Very close to the highway. We stopped there on our way back from vacation. The manager was super friendly and we had a great meal. Special mention for the chirashi with the little mango sauce and the ramen, which was also very good. At €4.55 for a generous portion, it's honestly excellent value for money. I recommend it.

The ramen wasn't very good. The onigiri didn't look like an onigiri. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Food: 5/5 The dishes are fresh and beautifully presented. The portions are generous. I highly recommend the Beef Tataki Bowl, which is truly excellent with incredible flavors and seasoning. Service: 5/5 We dined at HOKAMEN during a service at a traveling food stall. Farid explained all the dishes to us, as we were unfamiliar with them. This allowed us to choose according to our tastes and familiarize ourselves with the menu. The service was very quick. The staff were always smiling, which was truly appreciated. Atmosphere: 5/5 Hokamen knows how to make its mark and is a must-visit for fans of Japanese cuisine. Diets purchased: Karaage Bowl Beef Tataki Bowl Chicken Onigiri €25 for 2 people I highly recommend this establishment! ------ Return visit in December 2024. This time at Republic Corner. Still as good! What we particularly appreciated was the speed of the service! When you're about to see a show in the next room, you've eaten beforehand, and you're in a hurry, it's important. It's really good!
