Chicken Factory's Poitiers Nord

I'm changing my opinion, even though I was used to it. The place has become completely unstable. I also work in the restaurant industry, and I don't understand why a staff in flip-flops and tank tops can make me wait over 25 minutes when I'm the only customer and there's a team of four across the room. Perhaps some hygiene and customer service training would do the staff some good.

We've been here several times as a family, but we were really disappointed with the quality of the new products—they were overcooked and stuck together. Excuse my language, but even a dog wouldn't eat that. Shameful, truly disappointed, and we won't be back. Unless there's been a change in the food, there's no point in yelling at the staff (for those who will recognize themselves in this message) if the food they serve is like dog food.
