Baïla Pizza - Demi Lune

The man in the white shirt should review his welcome and friendliness! However, the pizzas are very good.

The waiter in the white shirt with glasses wasn't very friendly; it didn't make me want to come back. In contrast, the waitress was kind and attentive.

Mediocre pizzas (low-quality, industrial ingredients, sprinkled with a mere 3 grams of cheese!). The service was unpleasant, and the coffee was like dishwater! This is a chain place; it has nothing to do with a good pizzeria, even if it is wood-fired! Avoid at all costs…

We didn't even have time to drink our aperitif before the pizzas arrived. Otherwise, everything else was fine. The pizza was very good.

A disaster! We waited an hour to be served, only to send back the carbonara, which was inedible. There was water at the bottom of the plate with three pieces of ham scattered here and there. Absolutely no flavor. The waiter, who was actually quite nice (that's a small consolation), confirmed he'd tasted the dish and that it wasn't good, and kindly offered me a free pizza, which I then had to wait over 30 minutes for. My partner and daughter finished eating, so we left, and of course, I left without having eaten. It's the first time I've ever gone to a restaurant and left without having eaten. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

A warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the thin-crust pizzas. We highly recommend the limoncello babas. It's a great place to remember.

Passing through Poitiers, we received a fantastic welcome (I think it's the first time we've been asked if we were alright upon arrival at a restaurant), and the service was excellent! We had a very good dinner!

It's always a pleasure to have a meal at Baïla Pizza Demi-lune in Poitiers. We're welcomed and served by Tom and his colleague, young and friendly waiters. I always choose a pizza, then an ice cream sundae; it's excellent every time. An experience I happily repeat regularly.

We are Spanish, and today, passing through Poitiers on our way back to Spain, we stopped for dinner since it's right next to the motorway. The service was excellent, and they were very helpful, especially considering our French is practically nonexistent. The service was quick, the pizza was good, and the drinks were served at the right temperature. The price seemed reasonable. Both waiters were very friendly and attentive. Thank you.
