La Patate Et Le Sarrasin

A somewhat disappointing experience. The welcome was lukewarm; we were told there would be a wait because they were waiting for reservations... fine, no problem, we're on vacation... they repeated that the dishes would also take a while to arrive based on our choices... okay, fine, we waited... the meal itself was really mediocre; it was a large portion, but the quality was frankly average. When we left, not a word about the wait, no "did you enjoy your meal?" From a customer service perspective, it was close to zero.

A small, simple, unpretentious restaurant with excellent and generous portions and very friendly staff. We had a wonderful time. The price was more than reasonable. If you're near Futuroscope, stop by; you won't regret it.

The food was excellent, no complaints, the chef was very good. The only problem was that you couldn't linger at the table in the evening... they made sure you felt it, even on a Saturday night. It's a shame, after a week of work, you'd appreciate being able to take your time.
